You can select your job in the setup . The following jobs are available:
Traveller
- When the fire button is held down, you can go through another worms
(xonix as well).
Costs: 50 points per second
(1.6 second when fully loaded)
Speeder
- When the fire button is held down, your speed is multiplied by 2. Useful
to enclose the enemy. Also speed bonuses are taken into account (thus
the maximum speed equals current speed x 2 x 2).
Costs: 35 points per second
(2.28 second when fully loaded)
Stopper
- When the fire button is held down, all the other enemy worms are stopped.
Useful to enclose the enemy.
Costs: 70 points per second
(1.14 second when fully loaded)
Warper
- When the fire button is held down, you can teleport yourself from the
edge of the screen to the opposite place (just go to the border line and
hold down the fire button).
Costs: 50 points per second
(1.6 second when fully loaded)
Reverser
- When the fire button is pressed, you will start moving from your tail
and vice versa.
Costs: 10 points per switch
(8 switches when fully loaded)
Killer
- When the fire button is pressed, you will shoot a fireball in your direction.
Useful to clean the path and kill others. Can't shoot another fireball
until the one fired disappeared. Similar to shooter.
Costs: 20 points per fireball
(4 fireballs when fully loaded)
Laser shooter
- When the fire button is pressed, you will shoot four laser fires in
up/down/left/right directions. Useful to clean the path and kill others.
Can't shoot another laser fires until the ones fired disappeared.

Multiplier
- When the fire button is pressed, you can multiply your worm. Useful
to enclose others, consume space or run away. Can't multiply again until
only a one part of the worm lives. Similar to reproducer.
Costs: 40 points per multiplication

Virus
infester - When the fire button is pressed, you can unleash 16
little viruses (24 pixels around you). They will start moving randomly
over the screen. They can clean the path for you and kill other players
when nearby. Also useful to unleash in close combat, usually means instant
death of the opponent. When you get more mana, you can unleash another
batch. Maximum = 64 viruses. Similar to virus controller.

Costs: 80 points per one batch
(1 batch when fully loaded)
Repeller
- When the fire button is held down, you can repel all the other players
from you and you can get them crashed or at least they will be confused
(see the picture, the green worm repelled the others).
Costs: 20 points per second
(4 seconds when fully loaded)
Rocket launcher
- When the fire button is pressed, a rocket is launched which will continually
pursue the enemy. Can't fire another rocket, until the one fired exploded.

Costs: 40 points per rocket
(2 rockets when fully loaded)
Atomic bomber
- Guess what, dude. And be quick.
Costs: 40 points per launch
(2 launches when fully loaded)
Reproducer
- When the fire button is pressed, you can reproduce your worm in a way
that four wing-worms are created. Useful to enclose others, consume space
or run away. Can't reproduce again until only a one part of the worm lives.
Similar to multiplier.
Costs: 40 points per reproduction

Erector -
When the fire button is pressed, your worm disappears, connects the current
position and the starting position and continues moving in the current
direction. Useful to clear the path or create a barrier for other players.
Costs: 20 points per erection
(4 erections when fully loaded)
Teleporter -
When the fire button is pressed, you can teleport your worm to a random
location. The new place clears and the worm continues moving in a random
direction.
Costs: 40 points per teleport
(2 teleports when fully loaded)
Shooter
- When the fire button is pressed, you will fire seven small shots
in your direction. Useful to clean the path and kill others. Can't fire
again until all shots disappeared. Similar to killer.
Costs: 40 points per fire (2 fires when fully loaded)
Infernal -
When the fire button is held down, infernal fire is rotating near the
worm's head. It can clean the path. Useful in close combat.
Costs: 40 points per second
(2 seconds when fully loaded)
Thicker
- When the fire button is held down, the worm becomes thicker. A bit confusing
in the beginning, but useful in close combat.
Costs: 10 points per second
(8 seconds when fully loaded)
Pauser
- When the fire button is held down, your worm will not be moving. Useful
passive strategy.
Costs: 5 points per second
(16 seconds when fully loaded)
Virus
Controller - When the fire button is pressed, you can unleash 24
little viruses (32 pixels around you). They will start moving randomly
over the screen. They can clean the path for you and kill other players
when nearby. Also useful to unleash in close combat, usually means instant
death of the opponent. When you get more mana, you can press the fire
button to switch them between a mode of following you slowly and moving
randomly. Maximum = 24 viruses (1 batch). Similar to virus

Costs: 40 points per switch
(2 switches when fully loaded)
Random - Random job will be chosen in the beginning of each round.
